-MD out of touch with day to day requirements of running the company
-Slow paced working environment leading to even slower pace of "development"
-Development put in "" due to the fact that development projects are simply delegated admin tasks rather than stretch projects
-Key decisions made without Senior Managers being informed. Dry admin tasks robustly discussed with senior managers to give sense of involvement without being given access to behind the scenes
-Personally felt like "can-do" attitude was crushed out of me day-by-day --> led to a loss of confidence and less drive --> more likely to accept faux development
