Inconsistent schedule, some coworkers have very nasty attitudes. No incentives.

I genually like the mission of EverVet and feel the people higher up in corporate do a good job. There were some growing pains, but it was a smaller company so that was to be expected. Great communication with leadership, was eager and willing to help for the most part.
Cons
The only con was my Area Manager. Once she got promoted my experience working there changed. Communication fell off, my requests for help were ignored, and my reminders were met with annoyed responses.
