      A genuinely good company

      Pros

      Really great people. Coworkers and management/owners are all great. There is never any drama or disrespect. I feel that the owners actually care about their staff which is RARE in this industry.

      Cons

      A little disorganized and sometimes lack of communication but that's to be expected with a newer company.

      Communication is the biggest one. Lack of clear communication causes misunderstandings and frustrations. Nothing that cannot be fixed with efforts
