      Pros

      Salary is 30k, which is okay but they expect you to work longer hours than you’re contracted

      Cons

      - Work culture, it’s toxic - No proper managerial structure - Senior staff can bully new staff and get away with it - Favouritism - If you leave at 5:30 PM you will get dirty looks and be asked to stay back

      Can be long hours but that is sales
