      Amazing development opportunities. This employer really wants to see their employees thrive in their career and lives. Cool opportunities to constantly be developing skill as well as learning about very unique stuff relating to cannabis extraction.

      I wish we were doing more of our fun and inspiring company events but the recent growth has made us a lot more busy.

      People get to wear multiple hats and explore contributing to multiple functions of the business. Work is challenging. The company is a leader in its field nationally. The culture is a priority and the company invests into training and development for our people to learn new skills.

      Cons

      If you want to focus on only one narrow specialization, rather than wearing many different hats, the company may not be for you. If you're looking for an easy job, you will not enjoy working here.
