Pros

- Chief Strategy Officer has done a fantastic job positioning the company on the upper right of the Gartner Magic Quadrant, and Marketing has done a great job developing marketing content that drives engagement. - Employees are hardworking and committed to each other and the success of the company. - Some great (some not so great) executive leaders have been onboarded for the challenging times ahead.

Cons

- There is unsaid expectation for all levels of employees, all departments, to work long hours weekdays and into the weekend. It is a part of casual conversation to brag about not having time to eat lunch or go for a bio break, as if it's a badge of honor to be overworked (and burning out). - Despite awareness and effort to fix, departments still operate in silos and finger point when a project is missed, an issue arise, etc. - Enablement and knowledge sharing within teams are lacking, resulting in dependency on a few "heroes" to save the day. - Handful of senior leaders who play politics to self-advocate are rewarded, and thus nurturing a toxic working environment for everyone else. - Career advancement is reserved for favorites within the company. It's well known that the way to get a raise/promotion is to get a competing offer elsewhere. If you're too busy to interview to get a competing offer, you will go on for years with a raise.
