Can't learn anything here Never put efforts because it's not gonna work Appreciation isn't there in dictionary of organisation. Hold on: there are no pros over here
Cons
No Hr policies are followed. Politics play a major role here. Best policy they follow is Hire and Fire. No job guarantee. They have no idea of why do they hire freshers and fire experienced recruiter's, because they fall in a track of fresher's do the same work as experienced recruiter's.
