Pros

None. Sketchy, sketchy place to work. It has really gone down hill since the the investment firm and the new CEO from Drayer PT took over.

Cons

1). They force you to do things that put your license at risk. 2) They allow patients to threaten you and you aren’t allowed to stand up for yourself. 3) Patients can come in two minutes before lunch or before you leave and you are forced to give them full treatments, which means 45 minutes of care. So basically you don’t get lunch or are late to get home. 4) Like others have said on here, they aren’t paying bills and are giving every excuse to not give bonuses or raises. Even if they did give raises, it’s still not worth it. Go with reputable clinics around the DC/Baltimore region. There are plenty.

Excelsia Injury Care Response

At Excelsia Injury Care, we take employee feedback seriously and strive to create a supportive and ethical work environment. While we understand that experiences can vary, we would like to clarify some of the claims made in this review. Professional Integrity: We uphold the highest standards of ethical patient care and would never ask or require any provider to engage in practices that would jeopardize their professional license. If any employee has concerns about clinical decision-making, we encourage them to address it with leadership. Workplace Safety: We prioritize the safety and well-being of our employees and do not tolerate threats or inappropriate behavior from anyone, including patients. Any such incidents should be reported immediately so that appropriate action can be taken. Scheduling & Work-Life Balance: We recognize the importance of work-life balance and aim to create fair and manageable schedules. While we strive to accommodate patient needs, we also ensure that providers have adequate time for breaks and personal commitments. If concerns arise regarding scheduling, we encourage open communication with management. Compensation & Financial Responsibility: Excelsia Injury Care meets its financial obligations and maintains structured, transparent bonus and pay increase policies. Bonuses and raises are awarded based on established criteria, and those who qualify receive them accordingly. We value the hard work and dedication of our team members and encourage anyone with concerns to reach out through appropriate internal channels so they can be addressed directly. —Excelsia Injury Care Management
