Pros

SME working culture resulting in more friendly encounters with colleagues. There is some element of inter-departmental help, but mostly because there's mutual need for one another.

Cons

Very poor action from upper management to address needs, concerns or issues with work, such as workload, unfair delegation of works, training needs, unless you are one of the "selected" few / in good books with certain people. Training opportunities are near zero, even though the company claims to focus on training. Work processes are outdated. Office is dull and stuck in the 2000s with no windows, no proper pantry, no breakout areas, no quiet rooms. You can hear everyone speaking on the phone. Promotion and career advancement only comes upon resignation. Observed that many resignation attempts of other colleagues have resulted in some kind of "blacklist". There is no "hire/fire" like MNCs, but there is the good old "Cold Storage" which is even more unbearable. Toxic work culture due to the development of sects within the organisation, resulting in politics and second-guessing every step of your work process.

Pros

If you are looking for a temporary job while searching for a permanent one, I would recommend joining this company. The turnover rate is quite high, and employees tend to come and go frequently.

Cons

Poor management, bullying culture, very judgmental group of managers. If the manager doesn't like your potential, they will just blacklist you from anything else. You're left alone with a great deal of humiliation. That is how bad the culture in there. The company suffers from poor management, a bullying culture, and a group of managers who are very judgmental. If your manager doesn't appreciate your potential, they will blacklist you from any other opportunities. This leaves you feeling humiliated and isolated. The company culture is very unhealthy and needs significant improvement.

Pros

Minimal corporate red tapes that hinders decision-making, which may end up becoming a bane.

Cons

Favoritism and biasedness in senior management. Lack of clear and defined processes to keep up with organisational growth.
