      Pros

      The clients were the best part about this job. If I weren't able to interact with the clients, daily, I would have quit long before I left.

      Cons

      HR and Corporate have no idea how to run a company and will verbally abuse/manipulate you to quit so that they aren't required to give you a raise of any kind. Front desk turnovers are at an average of every 6 months. You won't work there longer than that time frame, period.

      Pros

      Fellow CSA's and the clients. Work week is Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

      Cons

      Executive Workspace has a high turnover rate. Expect new people every few months. The company expects loyalty from you but doesn't reciprocate it. No real training for the positions other than some "working" interviews. They offer incentive programs but don't really follow thru.

      Owner is a hothead who turns over staff continuously. Poor direction and leadership.
