Poor Management, unprofessional environment, no job security that is all that I can say about Exinent aka cloudfuze solutions. It is a family run business with highly unprofessional working together. No proper structure. Infront they will behave nice but at the back, they might conspire to throw you out because your use and utility are over. Politics goes behind , they will pretend to talk nicely and always say they are your family but ultimately its a camouflage. The HR and Admin the so-called heads are unprofessional and of course, the CEO always talks like he is motivating you but ultimately he is also the part of the game of faking. They will say during the interview that this is the most stable company and everything and promise you job security , but ultimately every word they say is fake. I have an experience in the field for quite a number of years and have seen many companies during the span but never was harassed as I was in this company. They will talk about critical situations,but isn't doing business always a risk? If your company is unstable and can't bear the risks why do you even promise an employee about stability? P.S: They do not have PF, Health Insurance and neither deducts Income tax,god knows whether it is legally registered or not. Most importantly you will be promised a salary and then lowered down giving the excuse of a critical situation. I won't recommend it to any professional or experienced fellow, you may be told to leave the org overnight and you having no clue about it even before 5 seconds.
