Pros were the people on the ground, doing the actual work.

Top management with maybe one exception, were crooks.

Pros
Being a part of the exciting Virtual Reality and gaming industry.
Cons
Employees did not get paid on time (sometimes MONTHS late), strange hiring decisions (hiring teenagers as team managers), multiple employees that had sacrificed for the company were terminated at will, large projects were chosen that were financially devastating to the company with no regard for employee workload or pay. Company mission and objectives unclear.
