      Pros

      I worked there for 20 years and made plenty of friends,that's what I really miss the most. Fun place to work!

      Cons

      Bad upper management,they constantly changed operation procedures and never gave it a chance to fail or succeed so support staff were not on the same page.

      You get paid, reasonably tolerable with attendance, occasionally get free food.

      Cons

      Management likes to complain about budget then will spend said budget on things the shop doesn't actually need, The "big wigs" don't know what's going on 90% of the time and will have a meeting about a meeting for the sake of looking like they're doing something, plant manager is almost never on-site and only really shows up if something goes wrong. I could keep going but I feel that's enough.
