Pros

The product is the only good thing about this company. Most of the team is great, but CEO sets up toxic work environment.

Cons

The sexual harassment that has come from the CEO is truly shocking. The conversations that would happen behind closed doors is not acceptable and he should be removed. CEO has offered money to female employees for sexual favors and made comments about many of the females bodies that are completely disgusting and inexcusable. EPA should be called on this man as well.

The products and oil created here is great quality

Management is unwilling to listen to anyone and no mater how hard you work for this man you are always a comment away from getting fired. I was one of the founding members of this company and the second I taught everyone my hard work, the owner dropped me out of no where. I was literally dragged out of the building and legal action was threatened on me. If you are a woman, DO NOT WORK HERE!!

Pros

Company is growing quickly. Coworkers are nice, friendly and motivated. Centrally located if already in Boulder. Reasonable but not amazing pay. Customers love the product.

Cons

CEO selectively enforces employee handbook, always in his favor. CEO dates a woman he hired which is uncomfortable as her coworker. CEO has a short temper. CEO lacks communication skills required to lead ~40 employees. CEO does not provide essential equipment for workers as required by the employee handbook and instead relies on us to use our own. CEO does not coach new employees as they onboard and learn company culture. CEO falsely accuses employees of theft with no proof to substantiate claims. CEO withholds money from paychecks and does not communicate why and does not publish his record of the hours I worked anywhere I can access. From Jan 1. 2019 through May 2019 multiple key employees have quit without turning in 2 weeks notice.
