Pros

No Pros about the company

Cons

The worst company come across so far. First thing this is a family business run by brother, sister, maasi's, maternal brother and so on. They just hire the family members on huge salary and they don't have penny to pay you. They ll pay you with increments of Rs. 100-200 and expect you to work hard. They don't have any profits but the whole family goes for a 1 month europe trip. They did bulk hiring with out any agenda in mind and now in 6 months they have been doing bulk lay offs. They want you to work late night and on weekends but can't even afford a proper lunch and snacks for which they charge from the CTC and then say its not your earning its Cost to Company.

Pros

1) If you are a fresher, for the first year of your corporate exposure you'd get a lot to learn. 2) Employees are nice and friendly.

Cons

1) A lot of your success depends on the kind of relationship you maintain across the Leadership Team. 2) Worst HR Policies. Employees, who have previously worked with large scale companies would realize how bad the policies are... 3) Stop sending survey forms and wasting our time asking for employee grievances if you are not going to effectively and timely address them. Remember, every issue has a shelf-life. 4) Exxat provides the worst compensation and benefits... After toiling for an entire year, please expect PEANUTS as compensation! 5) Low level of professionalism, you don't get your appraised offer letter... you directly get your appraised salary... amazing Exxat you know! Industry standard practice is to provide your employees with a revised letter. But no, why do that? Let employees figure out the entire structure... 6) Exxat has a lot of freshers, and they should look up the Leads as their mentors. But the coffee guy gives us more inspiration than any of the leads. 7) Scrum master= School Master

Pros

No pros that I could be happy of

Cons

List of cons is too big 1. No professionalism and no plan or proper execution process. Here no one knows what is to be done , every one here is blaming each other for their share of failure. 2. They do bulk hiring without any plan and than they will do bulk layoff without any notice. Just one call and over. Removed so many good employees and will retain their friends and family members. 3. Full family oriented company, husband and wife, then wife's brother, then they will get CFO who is CEO's maternal aunt son then this CFO will bring his best friend and that best friend will bring his brother and list goes on. 4. They say they follow agile process and scrum methodology. In the name of scrum events, literally joke goes on. 5. No value for hard working employees. No proper remuneration. 6. HR acts like PA's of management. They have no idea how to think about benefits of employees. HR policies are big joke and never rely on them. They can easily change in blink of eyes. 7.Here,there is one guy who is manager of one team and than his wife will rule over the floor like queen and will expect all juniors in term of joining the company to follow her and to entertain her and such so many acts prevails since it is family business. 8. Don't go for positive feedback. They have been placed by HR staff itself in their leisure time. I agree EXXAT was good company several years ago but after the Amazon guy came, he have just messed up the entire setup.
