Pros
This was a nice, diverse place to work. Celebrate all major holidays in the office and flexible working hours - within reason. Pantry 'fully stocked', although the items they stocked were dependent on price and the good things would be taken within one day/hoarded at peoples desks. It was nice to work with people from lots of different backgrounds, however, a lot of people really didn't take their job seriously.
Cons
The rapid turnaround within the company was quite surprising, especially within the AU office. Lots of people would start their jobs then leave within months not having had all of the expectations clearly laid out for them in the first place. There was a serious lack of professionalism within our particular office. They hired employees for management roles who had NO people management experience and some teams would only contain people from certain backgrounds, which was quite frustrating at times as there can be lots of cultural differences.
