      Pros

      I have loved it here. Family-run but global, the vibe is ambitious with high standards but consistently kind and supportive. This makes Eyespace a leader with exciting opportunities but also a really positive and caring place to work. Super-rare to find.

      Cons

      The HQ is Midlands-based and, because the departments are highly collaborative, there aren't many remote positions available. I am relocating and very sorry to leave.
