      Work life balance. Easy job.

      Cons

      Lady boss like to emotionally blackmail people whenever staffs resigning. HR not helpful and unfriendly. Small company, little exposure and progression

      If you follow orders from the big wits everything will be fine

      Cons

      The amount of cons goes far beyond. Like leave, staff benefit, medical benefit. Check and you will know. Boss is always saying it’s hard to hire someone. But let’s be honest here if you pay them appropriately and give them the benefits they deserve and treat them well would it be hard ?

      Apart from central location nothing else.

      The number of cons goes beyond. Boss is stingy like many reviews are saying. There is no welfare in the company. The days of leave entitled is below market rate of 11 days. Salary is below market rate. You are expected to do more than you are paid to do so. Lousy boss in conclusion. He is too stubborn to listen to suggestions.
