      Pros

      Benefits quite good, they provide house and car subsidy, medical insurance quite good also. Suitable place to retire. Gen z wont survive here i think

      Cons

      Very hard to get a promotion if you aim to climb the corporate ladder. You need to work longer to get promoted and its based on your seniority. Also, low salary package if compared to other company.
