Pros
since the company follows "French" culture, you can have flexibility as much as you want.
Cons
very poor office culture - people are lazy and neglecting their duties (spend hours to chat every day) and very political (managers got fired or disappeared without noticing to their team). the company doesn't understand the importance of other departments except for the sales team for short-term growth.

Remote work possible. Friendly and collaborative colleagues. Nice Paris office located in WeWork building.
Cons
The job does not correspond to what they tell you during interviews. Bad management overall. Very poor decision making. No internal structure or processes. Male-centric/macho environment. Inability to adapt to international markets.
