      Pros

      Working at FMG is a fantastic place to be. As an employer they genuinely care about individuals and go to great lengths to support and develop people. there are over 70 people who have been with the business for over 10 years and more than this who started in entry level roles and through investment, support and coaching have developed their career into different roles some being senior position. this isn't done by a 'face fits' culture but through the displaying of the right behaviours and good old fashioned hard work! As a business FMG is very successful in its own field and this is down to its people and the development of them. Benefits are great - Free car parking, free tea/coffee, regular gestures such as buffet lunches.

      Cons

      As with any organisation of this size there is a minority of people who perhaps don't apply themselves in the same way, don't therefore progress in what they deem an appropriate time and unfortunately tend to be vocal and/or disruptive. Coming from an external perspective, FMG's culture is one which I think would be difficult to beat.

      Pros

      A great place to work. Friendly yet professional atmosphere and real sense of team. Many employees have been here over ten years and we gained a place in the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies in 2017. Exciting opportunities available, a growing business with lots to offer.

      Fantasic Company to work for, long term employment opportunities, with opportunities to progress.

      Pros

      Opportunities to progress, providing you work hard and take them. Excellent benefits, SAYE scheme, pension arrangements, private health care, free parking, gym discount with KAL, discounted vehicles repairs (xpress centres) free coffee (as mentioned!) This organisation make the effort to provide a safe and enjoyable working environment for staff in and around the Huddersfield area, there will certainly be worse places to work, something that probably is taken for granted.
