It's hard to find Pros to this company other than the few friends I made working here.
Cons
Falcon's has zero tact when it comes to making corrections. During my time here, I saw so many major issues and yet ZERO were ever even attempted to be fixed. The biggest issue is the egos Senior Leadership has. Too delicate to collaborate with one another, and the smugness some "leaders" have was disgusting. I had multiple instances where Directors and VP's would spend an entire meeting arguing with each other over whose idea was better, never getting any actual work done, and then the front line staff gets reamed by the client on conference calls when work was incomplete. The company is so worried about their stock value, they can't recognize how terrible their culture is (irrespective of how much their CCO claims how important it is), how they have no respect for life/work balance, and how they prioritize their client over their employees. It's common to be expected to work crazy hours, take meetings at any time of the day, and be disciplined (by the company AND client) for taking time off. Also common for managers to berate and belittle employees in front of others. Never got paid promised holiday bonuses either. Also, if you really want to know the trouble this company is in, do a Google search for "Falcons Beyond Lawsuit". I never saw a single thing we worked on actually get produced. If you want to work on actual projects, look elsewhere.
