      FalconX runs at crypto‑market speed—roadmaps shift weekly, ideas ship fast, and engineers are expected to think like founders. If you love designing, coding, and iterating without layers of approval —this is the shop. also good benefits, 401k matching, free lunches, great snack selection, and great people.

      Cons

      24/7 markets + rapid regulatory change means priorities can pivot in a week; if you need rock‑solid roadmaps months out, this will feel chaotic.The culture prizes ownership, so boundaries are largely self‑set—great for autonomy, but it’s easy to over‑extend if you’re not disciplined

      There are a select group of people that are knowledgeable in the space, innovative, and good people

      Cons

      - leadership at this company is blinded by loyalty - people are not accountable for their actions this includes non work related items - fiscally irresponsible with customer funds Shout out to the person with the courage who stood up against this tyranny. Much love and respect

      Pros

      There are some genuinely cool people working here on the ground level. Have made some good friends

      Cons

      Leadership is weak and a mess. It's effectively a corner office boys club where the best friends of the CEO end up having the most impact regardless of their experience. There is a sense of hubris and arrogance that is exuded from leadership where if you don't fit into their mold of who is perfect you end up getting fired or ignored forever. It's extremely frustrating to work here and 95% of the staff are now on autopilot and looking for jobs elsewhere. It's just not worth joining here. Even if they end up being successful it'll be a tremendous waste of 1-2 years beingh ere
