there isn't great work life balance, you're on call 24/7, communication about jobs wasn't the best, not a good place if you have a hot temper and short fuse

Pros
The owner is genuinely a good person with a big heart. Your paycheck is on time every week. The company is understanding if you need a day off or need to leave early as long as you communicate with them.
Cons
It is ridicule first and ask questions second. If a client sends an email that even hints to you screwing up somehow there is no "what happened? has this been handled? was it not handled to begin with? etc." You are constantly walking on eggshells and made to feel stupid or gaslit to make you feel crazy. You are on call 24/7 and get in trouble if you don't answer emails or calls after you've clocked out for the day.
