      Pros

      If you are fully qualified, too bad. There is no recognition. Take the skills you have and put them to better use elsewhere.

      Honesty and integrity are unknown in this company. Facts are not required, rumors are accepted practice.

      Pros

      Management doesn't care about job performance, you can just cruise thru and collect a paycheck as long as things 'look good'. Substance or actual business knowledge mean nothing just need to stay on the owners' 'good graces' and tell them they are doing a great job running the company into the ground.

      Cons

      Having to listen to the employees and managers talk like they know what they are doing, but nothing ever gets accomplished and the same problems arise day after day.
