I'm working for Fastdev for some time. I like the flat Sweden management style and my colleagues. Where is a lot of the real professionals and all of whey are nice people. I love them!

I dunno that to say, blind spots can be found in any company

- good salary in comparison with local companies - any hardware and software on demand - feasible opportunities to improve processes - english lessons, access to courses etc
Cons
- poor managing processes set up, and it's hard to change the inertia - no peer-to-peer communicating process, knowledge sharing - no actual involvement and power at some projects
