Leadership is very in touch with Staff and Daily Operations. They are actively engaged in day-to-day activities and constantly adapting to improve the customer and staff experience. Staff are empowered to run their respective areas, free from micromanagement and/or constant criticism. Very much a culture of mentoring and coaching. Leadership has created a culture where employees work hard and take pride in their work, because they believe in the company…not because they live in fear of losing their job or being criticized. Staff is fun, professional and skilled, The office vibe is friendly and welcoming. Very much a feeling of friends all working and enjoying work as much as work can be enjoyed.
