      Pros

      You can be lucky enough to have a thoughtful manager. Good travel and professional development funds.

      Cons

      Pay is well below federal and market scales. Benefits change often. Leadership is distant but oddly aggressive when in touch. Advertises FLMA but does not offer it. Lack of transparency about internal decisions and growth opportunities.
