- your coworkers, however they will likely quit or be fired quickly due to poor management
Cons
- no vision for the future, management makes shortsighted decisions just to reverse them every month or so - below average pay - employees get fired even while hitting KPIs, they are burning money and there is no job security since they cannot afford to keep the employees they hire
