      The are no pros at all.

      Cons

      No work/life balance Low salary No growth They talk to you like you are a child You will work 7 days a week with no overtime paid Always being threatened. Save enough for therapy

      The are no pros for this company

      Cons

      Terrible working environment. Management does not care about employees and you work non stop every weekend and public holidays. They do not allow tea breaks, you have to sit at your desk the whole day and work.
