Turnover rate is very high, with many employees leaving frequently, like 3 to 4 in a month. There is a lack of senior staff to provide proper guidance, which makes it difficult to learn and grow. The overall company atmosphere also feels a bit off, from what I’ve heard from longer tenured employees, it used to be quite good, but has gradually declined over time after their senior gone.
