Work environment is quite chill, and there are often not many tasks to handle, so the workload is generally light and not stressful.

Turnover rate is very high, with many employees leaving frequently, like 3 to 4 in a month. There is a lack of senior staff to provide proper guidance, which makes it difficult to learn and grow. The overall company atmosphere also feels a bit off, from what I’ve heard from longer tenured employees, it used to be quite good, but has gradually declined over time after their senior gone. Many current employees have also shared that they are actively looking for other job opportunities during lunch time, sometimes even in pantry

Since this is my first company, I can’t compare much with others, but pantry food is provided, there is a snooker table in the office, and the company organizes annual dinner trip at bentong

Although the company offers flexible working hours, some employees have been taking excessively long lunch breaks, sometimes over 2 hours and suspect sleeping during wfh hours. In addition, certain individuals engage in non-work-related activities such as playing games during working time
