Pros - not sure can write what as pro, maybe the food provided at pantry?

Cons - most people have their own gang alr, hard to join in. Is team building not a pro? No, because of this point. Go team building do what? When you have no gang of your own, so awkward. - no communication even amongst own team, this person tell me this then another come tell me completely different thing, worse if is already done need redo then complain delay - a lot of dirty or spaghetti code read alr can get headache - lead like no skill, self cause bug and issue, sometimes need to explain like explain thing to baby even then still look clueless - management manage to drive away so many employee in such short time but look like they keep incompetent employees maybe because they are incompetent but very obedient like sheep or because no choice? Few are competent and can teach you thing but not many, some are even just junior? but seem like they work here long long time alr? - very high turnover rate - requirement can change like change water like that, then why need write requirement if no stick towards it - hard work got reward? No. Have issue one time, even if is minor? Bye bye to good KPI score - expect you do thing outside of company time like prepare for presentation regardless of whether you have urgent difficult task or not - bad management also look like no proper system or sop - severely understaffed cannot cope too many task and backlog like mountain - doing this project suddenly can get throw to other project - say done good work but give many excuse as to why no good bonus so don’t expect high bonus like other companies or even what most think is average - nobody in leadership positions know how to plan and arrange things - make big changes like in the middle of urgent task expect no issue
