Projects are demanding and challenging. Get plenty of exposures to system-level aspects and helpful to envision how your work is contributing to the whole picture of the company. Senior engineers are very experienced and knowledgeable. People are friendly and encouraging. Good work-life balance.
Cons
Less in-office opportunity for designers. Look forward to the office expansion.
