Pros
There's money to be made and plenty of overtime. Guys on site are friendly and work hard.
Cons
Management is completely disorganised and immature. You will not find out where you're working until 8/9pm the previous night, often sent to jobs that cannot be done or already have been. Owner is known to throw toys out of the pram if someone wants to leave to progress, also will ignore employees until it suits him, even if he's sacking them. Health and Safety doesn't exist. I was given no formal training, asked to do things that require certifications I don't have and the equipment used such as the MEWP/Cherry Picker is borderline defective and has NO support on the ground.
