      Pros

      They work on good projects related to water and wastewater treatment.

      Cons

      Pay scale is below average while growth and career advancement is limited to the management team. Good place for fresh graduates but not a good place if you are seeking long term employment. Their average turnover is 3-5 yrs and in some cases, it was less than 1 yr. Also working long hours and weekends are expected.

      There are some good people that work there but are undervalued and under appreciated.

      Cons

      Horrendous experience with Filterboxx and Ovivo Company. The company culture is a breeding ground for toxicity, with leaders who lack empathy and treat employees like expendable assets. The HR department, akin to snakes in the grass, seems more interested in protecting the company than supporting its staff. Beware, this is a place where your professional growth goes to die.
