- Too many new products with lack of direction, overloading certain teams that are in charge of the new products, then new products not successful, leading to wasted time. Feels like a wild goose chase everyday and your job scope can change anytime. - Minimal guidance and mentorship for employees. - Lack of resources to execute many grand plans. - Does not value employees. - Recent downsizing and HR handled it very unprofessionally. - No bonus, no annual increment, no commission, minimal benefits. For new joinees, please clarify these points with HR before you sign on the dotted line.
