Pros

- the floor staff and other employees that work at retail

Cons

- corporate greed - no empathy for retail teams - cut throat, bottom-line driven lay-offs - any "resistance" to toxic culture is seen as a threat and will be treated as such - LIES LIES LIES - COVID WHO?????? The DM sent out an email directing retail teams to ignore covid guidelines, fired staff who were upset about the lack of action taken by upper anagement - staff members being sexually harassed at work and no action was taken by upper manage, ent, still no security in those stores - NO WORK LIFE BALANCE!!! You will be fired for taking your days off and not answering calls - HORRIBLE TOXIC CULTURE "F and F Fam" is not accurate. They will exploit you for everything you have and thrive on catty dram, INCLUDING REGIONAL MANAGER

Pros

Very straight forward position. Work life balance

Cons

Would not become a manager. Far too much extra work for one dollar raise. This limits room to grow .

Pros

The teams I was able to manage and build, the relationships with my peers.

Cons

Work life balance. The last three months I worked there I worked over 70 hours a week to keep my stores open and running. Next to zero support from district manager.

Pros

Decent work life balance and access to cheaper cannabis

Cons

Horrible management! Genuinely the worst leaders I've ever seen, they're petty, childish, and very few of them can speak intelligently to their areas of discipline. The pay is the worst I've experienced. Every person at this company below VP is grossly underpaid. From what I've seen the company is happy to dangle the promise of company growth and building something together in front of you and pay you nothing for as long as they can. The plan here is to pump out as many stores as possible and then sell. I don't see any thoughtful strategy. Nothing is integrated, it's just mashed up assets that can be sold off.
