      Nothing really, no benefits at all

      Cons

      Lousy pay, really bodoh boss, overwork 9 9. Boss only know how to force people to work. No increment, no bonus. OT claim take 400 million years to process.

      Multitasking, Nothing to appreciate else.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, complete cheating system! No real work-life balance, have to work on weekends and no paid OT. CEO has no manner and rude to employees. Hard to maintain good employees.

      Not well organized process, often do more than what you have agreed upon during interview. Stingy boss.
