      Low Pay, Poor Management, High Stress

      Pros

      You get a paycheck and have some fun coworkers. The company Christmas party isn't bad.

      Cons

      Management and ownership are very incompetent. They regularly break the law in order to get what they want. They also charge insane proves to clients and then pay pennies to the employees. Where the rest of the money goes is a mystery. Also, don't ever take a concern to your supervisor. They will belittle you and make sure at your next review that you don't have a chance at a raise. They like their awful culture and don't want it to be changed. One last thing....they use an extreme amount of profanity at all meetings.

      Great IT Place to Grow Career

      Pros

      -You'll always be able to learn and grow -Super cool staff -Overall great company atmosphere -Competitive pay, for Missoula -Involved leadership -They won't sign just any company so, even though you'll have to deal with some normal customer service/MSP woes, it's usually a decent company with decent staff to work with. -Projects department is 10/10

      Cons

      -Somewhat frequently overwhelming workload, in my experience -Not a lot of PTO or holidays -Could pay better but, it's Missoula, and they pay better than most employers in the area -(For the Projects department specifically) I love driving all over MT, and do it regularly just for fun but, I did get burnt out on driving a ton in winter conditions

      Pros

      Without a doubt the best people I have every worked with. There is no person who doesn't pull their weight, and no "that guy" in the office that no one wants to work with.

      Cons

      Busy days leads to some stress but this is to be expected.
