Pros
Getting salary on time is the only benefit you may enjoy here. If you getting salary on time at other places then this wont be an advantage to you!
Cons
A very bad decision making management team. Staffs well being and welfare aren't take care. You will have to spend your 23/7 time to your work even if its your restday if you lucky enough you may get 1 hour break a day. Don't expect any promises by your senior management team will be fulfilled. A place which hasn't layed out roles and responsibilities for staffs accordingly thus everyone needs to do everything single thing. In short you will be ab underpaid puppet but sadly who has emotion.
