Lots of good, kind, fun people. Technology is getting much better, and the people truly care about the community and the people that we serve.
Cons
BOD is old and not with the times. Culture is slowly turning for the better. Some employees have been there forever and seem to be "safe" from ever being fired, because of their friendship with management.
