Pros

-Most colleagues are friendly and helpful -1 WFH day -there are always snacks in the office -Comfortable new office space (that’s not well-utilised) -Relatively good work-life balance

Cons

-Quantity over quality. Employees are valued only for their productivity based on word count, rather than the quality of the work itself, despite management claiming otherwise. -Management takes extreme measures to monitor employees’ behaviour. Daily word count and time spent on every single task/ meeting needs to be tracked. There is a constant pressure to hit weekly word count goals. It becomes a luxury to produce work that strives to be anything more than bare minimum output. -Inefficient and unreasonable allocation of tasks. Some people are completely overworked but teammates are reprimanded for attempting to help without going through the manager first. -Management turns a blind eye when concerns are voiced out, despite promises to address said concerns. -Employees are treated as if they are disposable, true talent is wasted. Makes the job very unfulfilling.

Pros

- If you are an english speaker or ABC - please go ahead as you will have more advantages and will be easier to get into the companies' culture - Quite a lot of team building activities - Overall culture is good, quite a lot of parties and colleague recognitions on every Friday

Cons

- A lot of standard procedures that you MUST have to follow ONE BY ONE - An internal system to log your every tasks and time spent on each task - Have to be on time to work which every late minute counts - Company's sales revenue is the top of everything - get prepared to help with sales pitches no matter what position you're in - Good for people who are new to the digital marketing industry - but supports to the senior roles are very limited - Different team for account management and media performance operations - make sure you choose the right team as their job titles and descriptions are quite confusing - No air-con after 6pm and during weekends - No WFH during the pandemic - Only account managers and sales get commissions
