Owner cares about profit only. Equipment is horrible and fails constantly, company constantly looks at new equipment but never makes a purchase, wasting everyone's time. Owner blames production on employees and management despite unrealistic goals and unreliable equipment. Constantly dusty, you will be breathing it all day. Poor safety program. Poor organization, tiny facilities with no HVAC, an atrocious bathroom. No longevity as turnover is through the roof and owner wants to automate everything possible. HR violations are commonplace. Hasn't had a consistent GM in years and owner acts like she is aware of the day to day despite only being around a few hours a week. Lack of clear direction, constantly moving goal posts.
