      Good corporate culture, flexibility with WFH, family orientated, good work life balance

      Cons

      Possibly one of the worst leadership without clear direction nor strategy. Highly fragmented, internal competition and rivalry within investment teams, declining AUM.

      the experience depends heavily on what team you belong to. I very much enjoy my experience with my team. Learned a lot from my mentors.

      Cons

      Lack of business support for smaller team. Distribution team doesn't have true sales people. A lot of free riding on the success of larger teams.
