Pros
-Good opportunity to gain experience working with high-level clients and participate in networking opportunities. -Ability to travel to a diverse range of places.
Cons
-Organizational structure did not work well, it felt like the company was reinventing the wheel too much. -There was a lack of transparency when the job description is initially laid out, and it felt like I ended up doing a job that I did not sign up for. -The management did not seem to be very experienced with the most important part of being a manager, which was supervising people. They hardly made time to check-in with the employees under them, and by the time they did communicate with you it was to provide negative feedback or assign a new task.
