Pros
High vibe classes, community connection & group environment is fun, classes are pre-written with thorough explanations available online, great variety of equipment. Many clubs offer the capacity to run private PT sessions outside of classtimes.
Cons
Solo trainer for classes up to 36 people: ratio was often extremely challenging, and almost impossible to coach everyone well/in detail. Potentially dangerous for beginners at times especially with olympic lifting. In reference to the latter, pay-rate should be higher.
