Pros
Laid back atmosphere Plenty of work to do at your own pace Great place to learn and grow yourself as an individual Some engineers are great mentors and people to learn from Management is far more lenient if you continue to work hard without someone needing to micromanage you Rapidly growing company Great benefits Most coworkers are easy to work with
Cons
No guarantee of raises and you need to ask for one No yearly reviews unless you ask Company has an overall identity crisis on whether they are more corporate or a "family" MSP Mandatory in office is subjective and isn't enforced evenly (3 weeks if your operations side, 1 day for field engineers (at most), and Sales is just whenever they want)
