Pros
Integrity at the top. Great team, great money, group training, bonus opportunities, new industry knowledge, valuable networking opportunities, exposure to influential clients. Leadership at the company is straightforward, dedicated and helpful. Paid events outside of work. Diverse, educated, well-traveled team with a tenacious mentality. My confidence has gone way up since joining Flashmob. It’s been rewarding to see my career opportunities develop quickly in an industry so new to me.
Cons
The company intends to grow fast, which means they’re bringing on a lot of new people. The culture creates a dynamic where everyone wants everyone else to be successful right away. It can be disappointing and challenging when new favorites don’t meet expectations.

My time at Flashmob has been incredibly valuable. Awesome training experience especially when learning about presentation whether it be with clients or just in front of a room. I am now much more comfortable with speaking in front of a room and I thank Flashmob for that. Also, it’s great working with a company that focuses on green energy and has the opportunity to provide it to other Illinois businesses.
Cons
Delicious treats in the fridge. Maybe add some more veggies??
