Pros
The one pro is that I got the hell out of there. A couple of upper management is no longer there, so that's a plus.
Cons
Poor Management to say the least. At the time it was ran by people in their 30's and 40's who were a disgrace. Unprofessional, lacked patience, shortcomings in training and a traumatic work experience for me in general.

if you have any industry experience they will fawn all over you so use that to your advantage when negotiating your salary although they will expect a lot from you too

where to begin! poor management, low morale, lacking company culture, will USE and ABUSE you
